SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

The pandemic, along with this season of cultural upheaval and collective anxiety, can cause us to feel disoriented and isolated. You may be wrestling with doubt or hard questions, which are common to an authentic journey of faith.

Psychology Patient

The ancient Christian practice of Spiritual Direction provides an opportunity for conversation with someone familiar with the spiritual journey, asking meaningful questions, and deep forms of prayer. These connections are offered with the hope of deepening one’s intimacy with God. These 1-hour-long sessions each month are uniquely designed to provide a non-judgmental, non-anxious, deep-listening space and presence.

My training includes advanced certifications in Spiritual Direction from both Protestant and Catholic faith traditions.
